Windows XP Icons

I was just wondering if someone who is good at making high quality icons such as the already great XP icon sets, could design some new icons, to use on XP that go along with the theme of XP, but are geared towards different games available. I have a great looking desktop, but then i get a new game and the icon looks like crap. Please help...it is very much appreciated.

Thanks for the help Sir FIrestorm...it was a lot of help. I like those icons a lot, but now I cant convert them...I tried all of the different pages, but for some reason they didnt work...oh well. If you can simplify the process any that would be great...If not then thanks again for your help.

The icons are for OSX, but they can be converted to XP via IconShop (there's a tutorial on it at http://aqua-soft.micinc.com/index.php)
