If it may educate the youth, George Harisson is best known as a former Beatle.

the youth?
you are older than me, making me youth, and i consider them (the Beatle's) to be far to modern.

feline likes beethoven (however you spell it )

My Sweet Lord... he really wants to be with you.
He's in your embrace now.

Always a peaceful Man.
He'll always be remembered here on Earth.

He was only 58. What will we do when all the Beatles are gone?

One of them better make it to "64," or I'm going to be royally pissed off at God.

Rest easy, George. No one earned it more Give our love to John.

I heard the news on the radio while at Grimspoon's Gala opening of Pixelprintz last night.....it was a bit of a shock...;(

George was the only Beatle I'd ever seen 'in the flesh', being an avid fan of F1, he went to many of the Australian Grands Prix, so I often saw him there....

He'll be missed by a whole generation.

The end of an era............
And don't forget, he also brought us some great movies, including "The Life Of Brian".

George Harrison

Here comes the sun, here comes the sun,
and I say it's all right

Little darling, it's been a long cold lonely winter
Little darling, it feels like years since it's been here
Here comes the sun, here comes the sun
and I say it's all right

Little darling, the smiles returning to the faces
Little darling, it seems like years since it's been here
Here comes the sun, here comes the sun
and I say it's all right

Sun, sun, sun, here it comes...
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes...
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes...
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes...
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes...

Little darling, I feel that ice is slowly melting
Little darling, it seems like years since it's been clear
Here comes the sun, here comes the sun,
and I say it's all right
It's all right.

1969

See you soon George

While My Guitar Gently Weeps

I look at you all see the love there that's sleeping
While my guitar gently weeps
I look at the floor and I see it needs sweeping
Still my guitar gently weeps
I don't know why nobody told you how to unfold your love
I don't know how someone controlled you
They bought and sold you.

I look at the world and I notice it's turning
While my guitar gently weeps
With every mistake we must surely be learning
Still my guitar gently weeps
I don't know how you were diverted
You were perverted too
I don't know how you were inverted
No one alerted you.

I look at you all see the love there that's sleeping
While my guitar gently weeps
Look at you all...
Still my guitar gently weeps

From that album, I prefer "When we was Fab", it has the typical Beatle sound.
