I don't have XP Charcoal installed anymore and don't want to reinstall WB3 to check this out, so could someone else? There's a WB3 skin @ http://www.deviantart.com/deviation.php?id=106281 that looks to me like it's just a recolored XP Charcoal. I asked him about it and he said it's totally different, but I could swear he had a screenshot posted here called XP Blue and said it was just Charcoal recolored...but now it's gone. I think he tried to up the skin here last night...it was listed for about 2 minutes but then dissapeared.

Is the XPblue on Skinbase a rip?!?!
