It took long enough lol 157 layers altogether. Made using the pen tool and gradient tool (with the exception of the text of course)

Nice!
I'd work back into the gradients with the dodge tool to add extra highlights, but that's just me. I'm all about the shiny shiny.

I think you're right there are parts of the camera that look pretty flat. Thanks for the tip

Not a camera I'd want to use (Visine might not help here...), but looks good!

I like it with the exception of the text on the screen. It's distracting.

As an icon I can see the text being impossible to read (and frustrating to try.
The eye-piece seems out of scale to the rest of the camera and "tacked" on. I wish it flowed more.

LOL, yeah. It was mostly for demonstrational purposes. The commission had insisted on that font and text colour. This type of video camera has quite a large front end also the perspective doesn't give the front end any justice as it is pretty big if you were to look at it like that. I appreciate all your feedback and will most certainly be taking it into account in future designs.
