Wallpaper Rips?

There's an MSN community http://communities.msn.com/wwwwindowsxpnu that has a section for XP Graphics, where "members" have uploaded various XP/OS wallpapers, several of which are by wallpaper artists that are members here (adni18, boxxi, ??). No credit is given to the artists. Thought you guys would want to know

I can't get in to see because you have to be a member, but I have left a suitable message to the effect that no-one uses my graphics without permission, and i WILL sue!

my xp wp isn't a rip of anything (i didn't even use the win logo!!!)
I have the same problem BoXXi...I'm not a member, and I don't wanna become a member either!!......there had better not be any of my walls there!

I don't see any that I recognize as yours trans, might have misse done though. Both of boxxi's xp walls are there, as are tons of adni's.

On page 26 of your XP wallpapers, you are displaying two of MY works, you have called them : XP24 and XP3, These have been placed here without my permission, and you haven't even credited my company (BoXXi Graphics) with making them. I have successfully sued other individuals and even large companies for stealing my work, and unless the aforementioned graphics are removed from this site forthwith, I shall pursue the same course of action against you. No further warnings will be issued, remove them now, and, in future, seek the permission of the authors of copyrighted material before you display it on your site. Bryan Cook: BoXXi Graphics.

I am used with this riping of my wallpapers, there was a time that more than 25 sites, they have riped my wallpapers without any comment for who is the author....
