Speed up adobe Photoshop

Use this to speed up Photoshop startup times.My CS5 tooK 17Seconds before I installed the software which is free by the way,after I install the software it took 2 seconds to startup.Give it a try

Good link Helen. My CS5 loads in 4 seconds and the adjustments can be made in PS so another program isn't needed here.

PS 7 does load pretty quick. I just wanted to know if it would work.

I imagine the concept is the same, modifying to stop loading of certain things.

PS 7 loads in about thirty seconds, sometimes faster. My CS 5 trial takes two to three times that and slightly OT ..... I recently downloaded a trial version of Cinema4D, a whopping one point seven gigs that took awhile to dl. Problem is it installed without a hitch but won't run. I get an exception error code so I uninstalled it. I kept the installer package hoping someone would have an idea as to how I can correct that.
