A little bit of a problem here. Help appreciated

I've decided to add custom shadow on per pixel borders so I added each part respectively, set the margins etc.. and I have this strange anomaly on in between the frame and the shadow.

It's pretty difficult to see but it's there. It's white. Any ideas on how to fix this ?

I had a little look around, I found that the shadow doesn't lay under the frame, it sits beside it so I just painted the frame corners the same colour/opacity as the start of the shadow.

Can you post a larger pic? To me it looks like a remnant of some kind. Perhaps on an underlying layer?
