WindowsBlinds "forgets" to save changes

About a week ago i downloaded an update to Window Blinds. All of my existing themes are still in place, but when I put my PC in "sleep" mode, when I wake it up, the skin has returned to the Windows default.
I'm running Windows Vista, 32-bit home edition and suddenly it seems to be "forgetting" Window Blinds. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application twice, but it hasn't fixed the problem. This seems to started happening since the last updates I installed.
Next, I will try to uninstall and reinstall the program with the anti-virus and firewall turned off. Maybe it's not installing cleanly? I am up for any suggestions.

Copy and paste your window links info from the "About" tab in the config window, please.
