Relocated your post as it is not a "support" issue.

This link to the WinCustomize Wiki on Object Dock should help you.  -  http://wiki.wincustomize.com/wiki/ObjectDock

1. Open your ObjectDock settings via the dock icon. See first image.

2. Select the dock you want to change. See second image.

3. Select "Style/Color", then "Change Background." See third image.

4. Select "Open backgrounds folder." See fourth image.

5. Copy your downloaded background into this backgrounds folder.

6. Close the ObjectDock settings window.

7. Repeat steps 1-3 and look for your new background to be listed.

or....if they are zip files, and most will be, extract them to C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\ObjectDockPlus2\Backgrounds if on 64 bit Windows. 32 bit, drop the (x86) Then open OD config and select your background.

If you follow Mirsguys instructions, do any of the backgrounds appear in your backgrounds folder? Only backgrounds that apply to the style of dock being configured will show in the preview. Tabs when setting up a tabbed dock, zoomers and tiles for those styles. In reply two, a zoomer is being set up. Notice that no Tab backgrounds are showing.

Have you installed both types of backgrounds?

Are you unzipping them before you save them into the backgrounds folder? Or are you unzipping them to the backgrounds folder? You must do either one of these for it to work properly.

markbeck54 -

Are you using the free version of ObjectDock or the purchased Plus version?

There is a difference between the 2 as no tabbed dock backgrounds with the free.

I would also suggest making sure you are unzipping them correctly, and that any security software isn't interfering.
