window blinds wont download!!!

i clicked on a link that said download on a windowblind skin and it didnt download..it had that download box that pops up when you download something but then it went away and nothing happend..do i have to open something up or something? or is something supposed to pop up for that skin to get on my computer...what do i do!? umm im kind of new on this (downloading skins from here) oh and also am i supposed to have a program downloaded in order for this to work?

Yes...you also need the Windowblinds program.
The skins are what is displayed...the program is what does the displaying....

Are you saying that you the little box that ask whether you want to save it or open it pops up, then you select an option and it just goes away with nothing happening? If that's the case, try freeing up some system resources.

The skins in some of the sections here are set up to install automatically when you click the download link.
