Bug in ObjectDock Free v2?

There seems to be a small issue with ObjectDock Free and a recent Windows 7 x64 update -- more specifically, Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2603229).
When this update is applied and the "Keep on Bottom" option is set in ObjectDock, it causes the dock to flicker when the mouse cursor is over the icons. How much it flickers, it seems to depend on how the cursor moves. At times the dock even disappears completely for a fraction of a second. While it doesn't seem to affect functionality, it can be a bit annoying.
The information from Microsoft for this update doesn't sound like it would affect the program. However, I have managed to reproduce this issue on a different computer. And uninstalling this update did get rid of the problem on my computer.
Any notes/suggestions are welcome.
