Something strange, Need help :)

This is happening for some absurd reason. I've checked the margins and such but nothing is helping 
. Can anyone help ?

The rest of the taskbar is fine it's just the tray area.
I've set centre (true size) for margins.
for the expander/tray. This is how it's displaying (see picture at top)
Taskbar height dimension = 32
Tray Expander height dimension = 30
Tray height dimension = 30 also
Edit: I found out it's because of the tray image, but for some reason it won't accept my transparency. It keeps converting to bitmap

Ok it appears to be fixed, for data purposes. I fixed it by saving a blank targa image with alpha channel 32-bits.
