My copy of Skin Studio 7 doesn't install the start menu or task bar.l

Richie, don't know the reasons for this but there are other threads that indicate that there are problems with the new build. If you can go back to the last version and wait until there is some mention of problems being corrected...
?
There is no new build of SkinStudio and I am not aware of big issues with the build.

I tried Windowblinds and it does the same thing.
