Where is the application.exe file that I need to find for the animation to run?

just needed the great "Animated Shortcut" docklet by AndreasV: https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/objectdock/2074
place the anishortcut folder inside the ObjectDock "Docklets" folder
move the Animated Icon inside the Object Dock "Bundled Images" folder
now right-click on the dock, go to "Add" and then click on New "Animated Shortcut" Docklet
Rightclick on the new Icon "?" to set the properties: .... the Shortcut-Path (first clean completely the box then browse to the application .exe to run ), .... the Animation-Set Image (browse to the Animated Icon ) and the Delay (try as you like)
