I was thinking to tip another page thats testing alot of different forums, the page is fragzone, www.fragzone.se , thats why

Hmm, but consider first if that board will be used a lot. It's so sad to see sites with dead boards.

Yes. We are using Microsoft's SQL Server. And our scripts use VBScript with ADO to talk to the SQL Server.

Yes these forums are home grown. However, if you know any scripting language and SQL you should not have much trouble and making your own message board.
And since your asking the question you must be considering setting up your own site. Just curious, what are you planning?
