I NEVER use a screensaver, and apparently, modern monitors don't "burn in" like the old ones did, so they are pretty useless in my opinion.

I flick off my screen when I don't use it. Screensavers are useless.

We'd be more inclined to have other skinnable Apps supported before Screensavers...

I think we'll get a hoverdesk section before screensavers, and we all know that'll never happen.

No, we really have no plans on adding a screen saver section.
However, for those skin authors who are producing skins suites for multiple applications, I highly suggest that you package your skins with Convergence. And if you have a screen saver that goes with your suite it also can be package within Covergence.

man, if you are making screensavers, then post them to your own site (or to nonags.com for that matter).
you will get traffic.
screensavers are not little gif and jpg snippets that any ding dong with an image editor can create in an hour or so. it's a much bigger project (if it is to be of any quality).
if the folks above don't need or want them, fine, but there is a whole world out there clamoring for new ones...constantly.
dont' expect it here, go on your own, bossman.

I've heard of it and tryed it, and the #@!%$ Thing CRASHED my comp. up solid!!! very user Unfriendly and very complacated(typo)(IMO), Never again!
Altho I can say 1 thing going for it is that is has great detailed graphics! **
As for screensavers, I was thinking, just make a DesktopX Object or even make it into an active antimated Wallpaper! Now thats something I still have to figure out, How to put a 'Object' onto my 'Normal WindowBlinds desktop' without enabling 'view my desktop as webpage'.

screensavers check constantly.. -very- constantly.. to see, much like a hyperactive pet, 'has he pressed a key?! has he moved the mouse?! has he?! has he?!' thus slowing things down quite a bit. possibly the greatest selling point for the 2gig+ processor..

Mig....the solution would be.... if the screensaver is always checking to see if 'he' pressed a button or not, slowing your comp down....to have a sex change.....become a 'she'....
