Need help with the "close" button

I'm using a skin that I have used many times before and used to be perfect... but now has a black rectangle in place of where the close button should be. I can see the minimize and restore buttons but not the close button. Any ideas on how to fix this? Click on my name to see pic.
It should also be another "Texas" icon like the other two.

No, the button does not show up when I mouse over it, but it will close the window when I click on it.
It was always there before.... I have no clue as to what happened or why.
I tried unloading it and reloading it, as well as rebooting but the problem remains.
The version is WB 4.20.

Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you, but my Internet Service Provider decided to take an unscheduled leave of absence.
I have just downloaded the skin, and the good news is that I don't think there is anything wrong with your WindowBlinds program, because I am seeing the same problem here. Actually, I am seeing a whole lot of problems with this skin. The bad news is that I've opened it up in SkinStudio, but I haven't yet found the cause of this particular problem. I'll keep looking and get back to you when I find a fix.
Unfortunately, the skin artist, I.R. Braniac has had some personal problems to deal with and isn't on the net much these days. So the best I'd be able to do when I find the answer would be to tell you how to fix it in SkinStudio. Are you familiar with SkinStudio?

Hehe IR set the Translucency - Switch wrong for the Close button....change it to NOT being used and the button will show up

The only thing I know how to do in "Skin Studio" is change the quick launch icons to button style.... but that is the extent of my knowledge.

Open the skin in SkS, on the left side, click the Buttons tab (some skins will have more than 1 close button), highlight the close button(s)........ In the right tree, > Painting options > Translucency - Switch... In the drop-down Value menu set it to NOT being used. Save it, and reload.

In the meantime, You might try a couple of things. Change skins and then reload this one. Unload Windowblinds and reload it. You might even try a reboot of your computer. If that doesn't work, let us know and we can try some other things. By the way, what version of WB are you running?
