getting naked noir to work?

Hay all,
So I just reinstalled vista 32 bit home pre. and now when I try to put naked noir back up it is not working! Here is what I do, I take it from my external hard drive and place it in public/documents/stardock/windowblinds right along side the rest of them and nothing shows up in the Winblinds app. I tryed useing the install new and still nothing. I am not a wiz at this stuff, but I pay my fee's and support this wonderful site. anything would be great.

NVM I hit rebuild list, stupidity strikes again.

Open WindowBlinds and under Skin Options select rebuild list and see if that works.
