WB3 Available?

I'm considering getting ObjectDesktop. Is WB3 for Win 98davad70 available today as expected? Also..are there any new skins included with WB3? The new skin by Alexandrie perhaps?

Yesterday was a real busy day with the conference so I do not think anyone had the time to actually get WB3 posted on Object Desktop.
I would imagine that it will probably make it up to day.

Doesn't even load on startup really, as soon as you're in explorer, WB is already running
