WB3 Questions, please answer!

Hello Guys. I have some qs about the upcoming WB3, would you please answer them for me? Thank you, here they are:
1. Will it run on WinMe/98/95?
2. Will it support the Start Menu and Taskbar, with all the features of ObjectBar?
3. Will there be skins for it, before it is released publicly, if so, will they be with Start Menu?
4. When will public Beta come out?
5. Also, does anyone no for sure when ObjectBar is coming, I mean it has been a long time since it was "Coming out soon".

ObjectBar is available on Object Desktop already. WindowBlinds 3 will not do what ObjectBar does. WindowBlinds 3 will skin the Windows XP Start bar.
