How about this.... Red Luna!
Monday, September 24, 2001 by UT Fragger | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk
Hello Guys. I just wanted to share this with you. If I was an graphic artist such as your honorable selves, I would make a Luna Style Red colored. I just wanna know how many of you would like to see a Red Luna Skin, and also, if any of you great artists, would actually be interested in making one. Thank you!

At the moment there are too many XPish skins. Ports are fine, but some of us have enough of them. They all look alike and only differ in color or texture. Some of them are even bad copies.
But I do hope that you surprise us with a great original skin. That is what this place likes to be about. Skinners here are not just dedicated followers of fashion. They create their own

Actually, there already is a red luna skin... WIN XP-FX for WindowBlinds By digitalFX. It's sorta old and outdated, though. You actually thought there was something XP that wasn't made already? We wouldn't be that lucky

I beleive MooShoo got what I'm saying, but you see what I meant was good skin. The FX skin needs a little work, but it is much better what I would be able to create, if I was a graphic designer. I thought maybe great artists like thecat2000, would be interested, and may provide us with a Red Luna skin, but I guess we have bigger and better things to do. So thank you for reading, but please if you get time, anyone, please create a Red Luna Skin. Thanks in advance!

There is also colorizing. People who have BOUGHT WindowBlinds (or ODNT) can colorize skins on the fly.
Example:

I odn't like how it looks.
