NWA ANimation Conversoin

HI -

 

Having some trouble figuring out the conversoin of .png animation file to NWA-

I have used the Frame Builder in Skin Studio to stack files vertically  and am wondering if anyone knows of software that will create animations in a vertical stack like the Frame Builder?

 

Have searched on net but find nothing really -
