The preview image posted at the link is really too tiny to access what the image looks like. Previews are supposed to be at least 1024 x 768.

More advice...lose the signature/text at the bottom. IMO ,most wallpapers look better without it.

I'll either refuse to use wallpapers with text/signatures on them based on principle, or just simply remove them (PS ftw).

2. Don't understand the pale, circular light area in the center and its perspective.
3. The body of water has waves but they don't seem to change the reflection of the moon.
4. There seems to be a light source (dawn?) at the center of the horizon... if so, shouldn't the foreground be darker and lightening towards the horizon and shouldn't that lighting be reflected in the illumination of the crescent moon and clouds?
5. Like the colors a good deal.
I was typing away until I read back through the thread and realized "what doc said"....

Lighting is wrong.
Reflections are wrong.
Perspective is wrong.
'object' placement [cloud on one corner and moon on the other] is at best 'contrived'.
Prominent Tag is undesirable on a wall.
Landscape 'realism' is thus totally lacking....![]()

Keep at it Kenny... no one killed you.. yet.
Don't get discouraged.. practice practice practice and take criticism constructively, even tho at times it may seem harsh.

I'm not a Gallery Mod, and this is written as a plain viewer -
1. The lighting on the crescent moon and clouds on the left is opposite... should be from one direction unless explained in the work itself.
