Wow! Good ole Popeye. Lets see Wimpy and his burgers, Bluto and Olive Oil and...oh...the Jeep and SweetPea too. Maybe a mock up with the whole gang.

likewise, i did the same for transformers and got no reply and it was Jafo who wrote me the letter!
(bascially trying to say it was done professionally)
anyway, you can do the popeye skin no worries, its called fan art, remember guys? heir of slytherin used to do the harry potter skins.
its only when you want to sell it, that you need permission.
