Which version do you have? If it's the free one, subsequent windows updates and or other programs might be giving you problems... the free OD isn't updated frequently. You might have to try uninstalling it cleaning up and then reinstalling.
That might not help either....
If you have a paid for OD+ or OD2+, fire off a request for help to [email protected] but it's the weekend, so you might have to wait until Mon. or Tu. for a person to reply.
Don't keep sending until you hear from a person as it will kick your request to the end of the queue.

Hi Ali I'm the Aurora Dock skinner
do you know there is a secret password to unload my docks ? ,,, and I'll never revealed it, lol ! ![]()
but these are my real questions:
did you also customized the OD settings Skin UI with my Aurora Skin ?
before trying to change the dock did you opened the OD settings for any other reason ?
let me know !

Frankell: 1) I added the Aurora Dock folder into program files (86x) bla bla bla into stardock, yuo know what, and I set it as that, however I did not change, modify or delete any skins
2) I wanted to change the background, that was it, the rest I could do by right clicking
3) Not really
Plus i'm not sure which 'OS' it is, how do you find out?

well aLI the right click on the dock is working ...
and maybe it was the first time you was going to change the dockbackground after the SkinUI customization
so first control that on the "Skin" folder into the "ObjectDockFree" folder there is the "UI" folder
then right click on the dock > click on "Settings..." > the Settings Dialog will open > click "Home" on top left > click on "Style\Color" > click on "Change Background" on the middle left and finally the new dialog for choosing another dock should open !
let me know !
