A quoi sert la présomption d'innocence?
A cet instant où se dévoile au grand jour les vérités publiées par le célèbre quotidien New York times, démontre comment l'on peut détruire un futur Président de la République Française et Président du Fond Monétaire International.
Un mal irrécupérable !
L' indignité ressentie d'un pays... Ou l'on a jamais vu le visage de cette femme qui a démoli un homme d'une grande notoriété.
Mettant en mauvaise position un pays comme les états unis ainsi que la France ayant été bafouée par les propos d'une femme qui à mentie.
Le système accusatoire d'une justice dépourvu de la présomption d'innocence ne devrait-il pas être réexaminé ?
Car DSK même s'il retrouvait son honneur reste à jamais détruit de ses fonctions professionnelles et avenir.

Should not the accusatory system of a justice devoid of the presumption of innocence be revised?
Because DSK even if he found his honor remains for ever destroyed by its professional functions and future office.

There is no way to know what "really" (if there is even such a thing) happened. We will hear what someone else reports as his and her testimonies and c'est tout.

The charges against Strauss-Kahn, which include attempted rape, have not been reduced, but the move signals that prosecutors do not believe the accusations are as ironclad as they once seemed."
That doesn't mean the charges have been changed, but it does give one pause...

And while the housemaid's lawyer admits to her lying on her application for refugee status, he states that the physical evidence will prove guilt and procure a conviction... providing the prosecutors don't become gutless and pull the plug.
For mine, bugger the plea bargaining and legal eagle gymnastics, let's have a trial based purely on the physical evidence. If that exonerates the man, good, but if it implicates him then throw the book at him... no special deals for an early guilty plea, etc.
