50's Diner Theme anyone?
50's Diner Windowblinds Skin Idea
Saturday, June 11, 2011 by boldyloxx | Discussion: Skinning
Late last month I suggested an idea for a Windowblind's skin with embedded gemstones and quartz crystals for anyone inspired to take up the challenge. (trust me- I am not skilled in skinning - especially Windowblinds- or I would make it myself) and now I have another reccomendation that just popped in my head tonight-- a 50's Diner theme! You know how they made those old vintage diners with that sleek streamlined chrome? I think many of you skinners here could really do an awesome job with that- making sure to incorporate the 50's Vintage attitude in it.
I just thought I'd toss the idea up in the air because I don't believe in cooincidences and the reason I keep receiving these brainstorms is probably for the good of those in a temporary idea rut. while I am skilled in some areas, Windowblinds is not one of those areas, and many of you are excellent skiinners . Again, if someone made this, I will be sure to create a screenshot on my computer and will be uploading it on Wincustomize showcasing it.
If I get anymore ideas, I'll share them ![]()

I didn't even know this blind existed! When was it made and by whom? Boy am I out of touch. Another 1950's theme based on a diner of reknown. In fact this particular diner lives right here in Pa. Remember the Blob?
