Simple Q ... how do I use the DLed files ?

I downloaded a DREAM file to the desktop, but how do I use it ? It;s not a MPEG file? All the files in the Vista DreamScene folder are MPEG.

You need - https://www.stardock.com/products/deskscapes/ to load and run the Dreams.
