i can deffinatley do it, but you will have to wait a month or so, im just starting on a command and conquer skin.

A couple of years ago i have suggested something similar but nothing happened then I really hope to see this skin finished, but it has to be very realistic like you said, otherwise it will just look like a cartoon image without the real bling.

Oh and I just remebered another skin  I really wanted back then: a fluffy skin   And if I remeber well Brainiac have showned a pictures of a skin like that, i don't know how serious he was about making one, but unfortunately many have started laughing I wish some people could show more creativity

I'll wait--  good things come to those who wait      Maybe someone could do one with two versions.  A polished faceted stone version, and a rough uncut version as a subskin.      

Vampothika, I was also thinking of you & Boxxi along with many others here- a when I made the suggestion, especiallly i. Brainiac  whom I hope is still around.    I know what you mean that it has to be done with the right amount of taste,  or it will end up looking like a toilet seat cover..heehee!     good way to put that

I have faith in all of you skinners though, that it will come out looking sharp- especially if you keep everything simple and smooth- with just the right amount of stones embedded --and a nice stone or Mabe' pearl embedded as a start button.   As long as it looks real, you can't go wrong.          You can get some inspiration from combing through the Sundance catalogs where they sell all of that handcrafted stone jewelry-- alot of it is rugged and alot of it is elegant  but all of it is very tasteful.

.       Even though I have dial-up on this computer,  I will download it on my father's super fast computer --  and purchase it if it becomes a Master skin.     I'll make a screenshot of it used on my computer and upload  the   screenshots  in our screenshots section when the time arrives.

I understand what you mean, brainiac does some good stuff when he skins.

you should shoot off a pm to vstyler as he and brainiac are besties, he will know if brainiac is still skinning or not. (health problems may be a factor) or even pm brainiac himself. you never know.

but if he isnt up to it, ill be more than happy if no one else fills the shoes in the mean time,

recently i aquired a nice gem set of emitters from particle illusion, that are exeptionally shiny and real looking that i though would deffinatley

work with the gem wb.

Deea19, thanks for your reply also-   I especially love the creative skins , too, tha these folks put out--One of my favorite originals is that Steampunk skin. I love detailed skins-     I also love the basic designs that skinners like Essorant puts out-  which I think are in a class all by themselves.     One newer skin I thought was clever is Rolocolor's "window suckers"

you could make rugged semi-precious stone subsection--  and a more high end precious stone subsection-

below are two examples of what is possible;-- one faceted quartz embedded in silver and the other a dangly polished gem--to give you two ideas of how you can make the stones if you would like--   :

Hmm,-- maybe a Blind with a variety of different colored gemstones-- like an amythest, a quartz crystal,   emerald,   etc..    It doesnt matter- something nuetral with some various colored stones throughout

Vampothika,    Any way you want to make it --whatever comes to your imagination would be perfect.  I'm flexible and easy to please.

When you get the chance to make it-  an idea would be clear glassy transparency with random stones embedded in it here and there-

Maybe two versions-- one glitzy and sparkly and the other more glassy (just an option though)

I think each skin author has their own unique style, and so my suggestion would be just to do it any way that comes to you.  I like your

work to begin with so any way you want to do it would be great--    I love many styles of artwork.
