I had no idea that xoom closed up shop. The weird thing is I can still access that site and download icons. I was wondering why I heard there was a new version of icon phile out but there was no update on his page concerning it.

Xoom/Nbci pages are accessible, just the page owners have no access anymore, and hosting is confirmed to stop, someday...

Funny, SoftD set available in the archives too, credited to Scrow/Tal Sella. Did he place it there himself, considering the fact he makes IconPhile, competitor to IconPackager (free) ?!
