I will try to keep this short and to the point. There have been a lot of changes in my life that have happened quickly. I have enjoyed my time at wincustomize and feel like I am only beginning to fit in with the crowd. I have met some really solid people here many of which have been a big help to me getting my feet wet in the world of skinning. I will be the first to admit that I am not that good but that is not whats important now. Because of my circumstances I will no longer be contributing to wincustomize. I can no longer devote any time to this great community. I have decided to pull all of my uploaded skins for a couple of reasons. I cannot continue to offer support, answer comments or update my skins so I felt the right thing to do was not allow people to upload them. I will however provide the skins to anyone that would like to upload them under your name. I will give you all the graphics which including layered and non layered psd files. The only stipulation is that you need to answer comments, offer support and update as necessary. These files will be given with full permission for you to do with them as you wish. I will not be disappointed if no one wants them. I only thought I should offer.
I will miss everyone here. I want to thank you all and especially those that have offered encouragement and kind words when I needed it. I will be visiting as often as I can to checkout and download new skins however as time goes on that will be less too.

Not good news at all. 
I'll miss you. Hang on to your work, store it somewhere safe so you can upload it again later. Don't make this a permanent goodbye, just come back when you can.

Thank you all for your kind words. I appreciate you all. For those that are bothered I deleted my stuff I want you to know that I am in the process of uploading again. I will not be uploading everything but will choose some of the better skins that people seemed to like best.

very pleased..... I'm sure if you just let Jafo know which ones you wanted reinstated he would do that for you... thus keeping all your comments intact too....
your screenshots are topnotch and have been a fabulous record of skins presentation over the last few years...

Well I am not sure what is going on. I uploaded 3 skins today and they were showing up under my skins list, just had not gone through the approval process. Now I do not see any of them. They have mysteriously disappeared.

ask Jafo.... easiest way I think.... might be easier to just restore them all and you can delete what you wish to, rather than go through and list....

I can restore but the 3 I uploaded today are updated skins. I also did not want to be a pain to Jafo. I am sure he has enough to do then deal with me.

Sounds like you have really good reasons for this decision....Don´t know you, but I´m sorry 2 hear that you´re leaving.

Thank you everyone. It may seem like a decision I have made but there is a lot more to it then simply saying I am leaving. Its just not something I feel I want to get into in the forums. I have my reasons.

I can appreciate that. It's understandable why someone would want to just get away once in a while, even when you don't know the reason why. It's just that you've established a friendly relationship with a fair number of people here, and it's a likelihood that you will want to at least pop in once in a while and say hello, maybe even do some more skinning. Removing your presence from WinCustomize to the extent of deleting your work doesn't seem consistent with your friendly relations. I'm glad that you took up skinning because you've made a genuine contribution with your work and it would be unfortunate to be deprived of it.
In any case the best of luck to you in your new life.

it's not just that.... I see a gallery of one's work rather like leaving footprints in the sand.... a record of your journey through WC.... an evolution of skills... a history of friendships made....
I often go back to the beginning of a skinner's gallery to see where they started from... it's really interesting to see how they've grown... it's always really disappointing when people wipe their work for whatever reason... even when they delete work because they think it is too out of date...... but I suppose that is up to the individual... they have their reasons...
