I use a MAC at work. Win7 at home. I've tried to run a MAC type setup at home but really it just doesn't cut it for me. My conclusion is that if you want MAC buy a MAC. When I say that I'm not being a smart ass. I really mean it. That's just what I think anyway.

Well, the point is i'm using stuff wich would not run on a Mac, you know (some games and a few programs).

And that's the reason why i don't buy a Mac, but i love the design.

Onklifiziert i didnt tested it yet -but i was told that "VirtualBox" is able to run about anything...
Im forced to use mac´s at work but the only cool thing about them is the design the rest of them apple products is pretty worthless for " me ".
The only cool thing about it are those tools like candybar for example and im a little upset that SD didnt find a solution yet to also load these puppys with IP.

but cant you adjust the osx themes to your needs ? i think it should work with colorize and transparency effects.

I'm assuming you've seen tequila and NFR? These skins. I think those look better than OS X, and i appreciate keeping the min/max buttons on the right cause that's what I'm used to. I also like this one. And here is a good rainmeter config.

There's some rainmeter and objectbar skins for the taskbar you can look into as well. Hopefully something I said helps. If not, I would suggest installing the latest version of ubuntu. You can make that look EXACTLY like OS X, and it now supports the taskbar menus like OS X.

Well, i tried to edit some part in SKS. I changed some parts from the Sabertooth WB. Now it looks a bit more like OS X! ....a bit

This is the OS X Skin.

Those red, yellow, green buttons should be on the right side, because there will be some problems with the buttons on the left side in any programs (MS Office Suite for example)

Well, i want an old school skin, you know. A skin without any animations or transparency, like the windows classic scheme but with the look of OS X.

And the apple startbutton should be a black windows flag. So, i want a grey or maybe white skin with a blue mouse over button (see screenshot: Guest).

okay, i can do this.....its more of a matt skin isnt it? or do you want shine added?....... i love that wallpaper too, im gonna use that as the wallpaper background when i finally upload the skin.
