WindowBlinds,Icon Packager,ICQ Plus v3

Can any one Help ? 
WHen i use WindowBlinds and Aplly a Skin ... THen Restart my PC The Skin.. eg Start menu , All the things that WB had customized had returned 2 Back 2 how They where be4 - Defult!
this also happens when i use Icon Packager not all the Icons stay!they return back 2 Windows Dufult Icons, THis also happens with ICQ plaus v3 Plz any1 Help ,

I assume you have set Windowblinds to load automatically at start-up?...

window blinds only skinz windows while it is loaded, so unless it is loading on boot, no skinz when you reboot.
as for icon packager, a bit more strange. try rebuilding the icon cache, since that may help.

My iconpackager prb is worse not only have the default icons returned to haunt my computer but when i try to change them back to a customized icon i keep getting err msg 5 (an iconpkger msg)

it would probably be worth visiting the stardock news server, and posting in the icon packager forum.
