is there any other program u can use 2 customize ur Task bar .. start menu on the bottem of ur PC ? with out useing ObjectBar?

How much do you want to customize it? OB actually hides/replaces it. Desktopx, Hoverdesk, Litestep (and all of it's shootoffs), Nextstart can all do the same thing to one extent or another. I just depends on what you want it to do and how you want it to look. Thee are plenty of app launchers if that is all you want. If you want o use your existing task bar, Windowblinds would probably do the trick for you, possibly with the Bandvwm plugin from Control Center.
