How Do I Install ICQ Skins!?

I Have Installed the v3.0 version already, and i really wanna download some of these skins but the problem is i dont know what folder(s) to put these skins into!..

I use WinZip, i know for sure i have to go into Local Disk C and then what after that point!?..

if you already have icq plus installed, then click the little "+" symbol on your icq window....open the icqplus window by clicking the larger "+" symbol at the bottom of that window.....now all you need to do is click the "import" button, then click ok to apply the new skin....

i did as you said be4, but when i clicked on the larger + sign i only got a another box that came up saying Online Services and My Computer icons and no option that says apply new skin

what am i doing wrong!?

Ok new post.. UPDATE!..

i finally found what folder i was suppsed to put the Odyessey in, but still, the online services and my coputer thing keeps coming up, and i guess when i select odyessey im supposed to rename it or something cuz it does give me that option!...
