I have bought Object Desktop twice plus other items separately...
And yet, I am not allowed to download skins any more? All my other ones got lost when my last HD went south...

I notice on my profile only my first purchase is listed, which is understandable since there was a bit of a glitch with that and so it must not have shown up.
I bought the new Cursor program and also the Dream and Sound programs before purchasing my second OD - so why am I still not allowed to download skins?
I would like to design some, some day, but what with all the moving and working I have had to do lately, I've just not had the time. I finally upgraded to Windows 7 (what a surprise, it is GREAT, makes up for the Vista fiasco) so my interest in this site has reactivated,..

Do you have your WinCustomize id email setup the same as your purchase email? Have you installed Impulse and your purchased Object Desktop programs?
