How can I create Skins for DesktopX?

Hi,
what programm di I neet to create skins for DesktopX? And where can I get it?

DesktopX doesn't have a 'skinning' program. Individual objects are drawn and configured. Assuming you have DX, install a theme, right click on any object and look around at its properties. Do this for several objects inside any theme, and you will begin to understand how to build a DX theme.
