where do u get icon packeger & how do u install it?

you can also get it stand-alone, and it's available as a demo as well.. of course by following the link above you probably found that out 
to install, just choose 'save to disk' when you dl. then doubleclick the file when it's done, and as long as the default location is cool with you, you can just 'next' through the screens. it'll be at c:\program files\object desktop\iconpackager. you can also access it via the control panels, or in start/programs/objectdesktop.
