Aucun pays ne peut être prêt a ce genre de catastrophe et les conséquences à venir... Depuis bien des années le monde à été prévenu par les physiciens scientifiques et climatologues de l’emballement des phénomènes climatiques évoluant au changement de notre ère.
La seule solution est de devoir s'éloigner de toute zone terrestre fragilisée, vulnérable aux modifications climatiques géologiques et bord de mer.
Modifier nos ressources généralisées au niveau local
Se comporter de manière plus respectueuse de l'environnement
trouver d'autres ressources énergétiques plus adaptées aux changements climatiques
Se raisonner aux besoins essentiels
Le Japon n'est qu'un exemple des conclusions s'engendrant à la poussée des phénomènes déjà bien connu.
Ne soyons pas dupe!

A good read, JC ... thanks for that.
I was gob smacked when a reporter from one of the morning TV shows, stated that the Japanese did not know what to do, because of their 'reserved' culture. The moron should be taken off the air.
I think Japan is the best prepared country for a disaster like this ...
