Now end is with merry , not only that not to be published pictures simply from any inscrutable Reasons, any users are divided also strangely enough because at the same time old pictures emerge from those ones in the list the older than are a month. Now new pictures are just still extinguished the once 2 days with you are online simply again. I thought your since onto pictures of users assigned around the other users something to be able to offer, however, with seem my pictures need your not and I am not certain the single one to the it so go.
I would accuse if it goes so more further into consideration all my pictures themselves extinguish.

uhm... perhaps if you were a Catholic it would be paxx 
otherwise it might not make sense...
The wallpaper moderation process will ultimately be a great benefit to this site (imho). Although the skins are not moderated for artistic merit, I agree that the wallpapers absolutely should be. It would be a shame to end up with thousands of 'practice' Bryce landscapes and Photoshop swirlies which would make it difficult to find the work that stands out as a serious and accomplished artistic effort, or even just as an effective and pleasing desktop wallpaper.
No offense to any artist is intended and eventually it will become an accepted standard just like it did at skinz.org. This will motivate the newer artists to keep working on their design skills and make it more meaningful to have a wallpaper accepted. There are lots of sites on the net devoted to wallpaper images at all levels so its not like there's no place for someone just starting out to get feedback. Wincustomize is a "skinning" site which automatically implies a certain value system being applied to the work submitted here. For example, we do not accept photo skins, celebrity skins, etc.

In my humble opinion, I think the current moderation 'standard' should be raised... dramatically.

Of course, going multilingual would entail users coming forward and volunteering to translate... I'm not saying that it would be fun, just cool if it ever got done. But don't look at me, I only speak English and some Finnish... both badly.
