theme not applying

Ihave the Tree Frog theme and I can't get it to apply. Is there a way to extract the windowblinds from the theme?

sorry for not being specific. Philly0381 got it right. I already solved the problem. I extracted it with winrar and it now works. I can't get a thememanager that will work properly with windows 7. If anyone has any ideas on a thememanager please let me know. Thanks for the help guys.

The Premium Themes are meant to be used with Theme Manager, https://www.stardock.com/products/thememanager/
If you are having problems using Theme Manager to install the Premium Themes I would suggest sending an email to [email protected]

Could you explain a little more please, as there is no Windowblinds theme named Tree Frog that I am aware of on this site.
