Cheated.

I bought a subscription to downloads Dreams, since I got to download a free one and liked it I decided to buy a sub, only one problem, after I buy it refuses to let me log on with the account I used to buy it. I actually had to make a completely different account to even get on this forum. I got a comfirmation of purchase & downloaded Impulse like it told me to. This sucks, I found DeskScapes from a friend and was going to buy it after my 30 trial was over but seeing as I just got robbed of $10 I don't think I'll be doing that. Any useful insight on this?

Your problem should be raised with [email protected] . Put in all your info, and wait for a person to answer you ... not just the automated acknowledgement or your original email will get kicked back to the end of the queue..
Should take about 2-3 days.

Already did that. The subscription to WinCustomize Yrag. Whats weird is it tells me to log in with my Impulse account but it just tells me to register when I do.

When the DeskScapes 3 trial came out it only allowed the user to use the dreams that comes with it.
Is that still the case?
