i have not downloaded anything yet i have just reigstered and downloaded a desktop theme now what do i do to install it can someone email me or reply to this PLZ I AM SICK OF WINDOWS DEFAULTS !!!

that is the page where i got it from and it is the windows encarta 2000 version 2.0 basic.dxt skin so what do i do after i have clicked on download off that page

You need the program called DesktopX.

ie - if you download a skin from the WindowBlinds section, you need to use the app WindowBlinds to see the changes...
...if you would like to know where you can get the apps for any theme you've downloaded, just let us know what sections you've downloaded from and someone from around here should be able to help you out.
