Uploads Going Into Moderation

I know some people (JM and above) are having uploads going into moderation. We are trying to track down the reason why, so if you are experiencing this problem please let us know in this thread only.
As always, make sure you clear your cache and cookies as we had a server move recently. Also, let us know which browser you are using.

I uploaded a new bllind at 8:45 AM this morning, approximately 3 hours ago...could someone see what is happening? This is the second blind that this happened with....I am a journeyman, and should not have my stuff going into moderation.

I received two upload notifications a coupla hours ago.... but they are still in the land of the lost with no stars showing...

I uploaded DX Theme"ActiveDX" 25.10.12, today is 29.10.12 and .... .
Pls,wake somebody to fix it into Gallery or delete it.

It can take up to a week in moderation, especially with something like DesktopX.
