Desktopx 4 problem

I tried to install a desktop but it would just hang because of the zip code problem in the weather widget. I deleted the "faulty" desktop theme and now every time I open Desktopx 4, it still tries to load that same desktop. I cleared the widget cache and and anything with the theme name in it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled DesktopX 4. I don't know what else to try. I am new to Object Desktop. Thanks for any help.
