Virtual Windows Manager plugin for Desktop X?

Is there a plugin for DX available? Does anybody know? I saw something about one on the plugin page at desktopx.net, but it's a source file... Like right, I know what to do with that. Anybody actually compiled it into a usable dll?
Please don't suggest a standalone application, what I would like is an actual DX plugin. Any lead would be appreciated. Thanks.

the one on desktopx.net is the only one, and it is very difficult to work with. The developer for stardock who wrote it has been saying for months that a re-write is coming, but who knows when.
I have objectbar loaded for the sole purpose of a free-floating bandVWM bar.

You could just use Control Center then since what ObjectBar does is wrap ControlCenter's virtual desktops.
