error trying to post comments for wallpapers...

i always get this error whenever i'm trying to post a comment in the wallpapers section or other area...

i expect it's to do with the fact that you're getting alot of consistent users onto this site? and i'm just out of luck.
... & that perhaps my connection internet access is too far away or something to do with my isp or whatever it might be.

Uho! It's just taken me to the comments page and did not actually reported an error (this time!) and i am stricken with grief becuase i have utterly spammed that comments section with over 5 posts of the same message!
