Impulse Dock Assistance Needed
Friday, February 4, 2011 by Scrofulous1 | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk
I would appreciate some assistance of anyone is able to help me out.
I installed Impulse Dock yesterday.
After a reboot, the dock turned bright electric blue.
The original PNG's in the Impulse Folder are still their generic semi-transparant mud color.
I thought the dock was picking up some color from a skin so I completely unloaded and uninstalled Windowblinds, changed background to a solid brown color (instead of a wallpaper, and the dock is still bright blue.
Does anyone know how I can either:
1) change the color from bright blue to almost anything else?
2) save my Impulse Dock shortcut settings if I uninstall and reinstall so I don't have to lose all my shortcuts?
Thanks much.

I don't remember the Impulse Dock changing like that, they must of slipped that in. ![]()
Now what would be nice is an option to use the WindowBlinds graphics like you can in Impulse. ![]()

Impulse Dock will pick up a gradient color from the skin. It will keep it until you choose and apply another skin. The wallpaper won't make a difference.
Choose and apply another skin (with the color you wish on the dock). Close and reopen the dock, then go back to the skin you wanted. This works for me, not sure why.
