Objectdock wont let me add shortcuts

OK so I just installed Windows 7 64bit and now I am unable to add shortcuts to my objectdock. I already uninstalled and reinstalled and worked ok yesterday but now it wont let me again. Please help. The dragging lock is not on.

On Windows 7 64bit, it was fine when i installed it for the second time. Not sure if it worked the first time as I didn't try to add anything to it after I installed it but it did not work the first time and now it stopped working the next day.
