A real man

I never been an American Idol fan but this is worth watching. Its the perfect example of "For Better for Worse". I am a big guy but I had tears in my eyes when I watched this.
How do I embed this so I do not have to give an external link? Did I say that right?

embedding myself in my bed every night is also painful, too fat, too many springs
This guy was great, his story, gut-wrenching, I hope he makes it. Good man

Thank you Jafo for doing that. I normally use Firefox though and when I do use Interent Explorer it is 8.

I was never a huge fan of instant celebrity shows but the auditions are entertaining. I still hope this guy does well though.
